Procedures

 

  1. An application by the concerned party on a headed paper by the requesting company. It shall be documented at the Register for trademarks registration.
  2. Publishing a trademark circular to the customs encyclopedia.

Required Documents

 

  • A valid trademarks registration certificate in Jordan.
  • A legal attorney by the concerned party to the company’s authorized representative.
  • Samples of commodities that need intellectual property and the fake copies of such if any.
  • Brochures showing the trademarks if any.
  • The address of the concerned party in Jordan or the address of the company’s authorized representative.
